Construction technology study of the construction of the bearing structure of manufacturing plant in Jihlava

Company engaged in modernization of locomotive vehicles progressively modernizing their industrial estate. A big investment become realization of new industrial hall for vehicle coating, simultaneously with a reconstruction of neighbouring production hall and a new connection to the water main, gas main and a new transformer station. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of bored piles and for assembly upper prefabricated reinforced concrete construction of coating hall. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans, work safety, time schedule and comparison of two variants of the cranes and all will be feasible in terms of construction rate and financing.

This bachelor's thesis deals with solution of gross substructure a department store in Mladá Boleslav. In this thesis is solved a technological specification for implementation of earthworks and implementation of foundations and vertical supporting constructions of gross substructure. More specifically deals with traffic situation around building, time schedule of works, proposal of machine assemblies, ensuring qualitative requirements, safety at work and budget. This thesis is very interesting about solution of construction organization, because this construction is in the middle of housing estate. The basis for this thesis was a drawing documentation for realization of this construction.

The author also deals with work safety, time work safety, time schedule and budget of substructure. The content of my work is also a Student Research and Professional Activities, which I consider the choice of the site for the realization of a residential building in two different locations with different soil bearing capacity. This work is the content of the annexes under number 19. "Student Research and Professional Activities."
